As a part of the transaction, the credit business department of Cogencis has been sold to Informist Data & Analytics Pvt. Ltd.

Informist provides all the data, non-data information, and analytical tools that are needed by any participant in the credit space across the whole credit cycle from origination, appraisal, disbursal, monitoring and control, risk management, to recovery. Credit Standard is the flagship product of Informist Data.
Informist Data and Analytics started operations formally in January 2021 when it acquired the credit business of Cogencis Information Services Ltd. prior to the buyout of Cogencis by NSE Data & Analytics Ltd, a 100% subsidiary of the National Stock Exchange of India. Cogencis, the only Indian real-time market data and financial news terminal provider, started the development of the credit product in December 2014 and launched it in April 2017.

She was a key part of the team that set up NewsWire18 in 2007 and headed the Accounts & Finance & HR team from 2006 to 2010. Neeta has worked in manufacturing and service organisations such as Philips India, Bridge News, which was a part of Bridge Information Systems, ABC Consultants, and Tops Security.

Nashit is the Assistant Vice President Technology at Informist. He heads the IT services function in Informist. He has been a part of the Informist journey right from its CRISIL MarketWire days. Nashit is a key member of the management team and he has handled a variety of assignments successfully. Nashit started his career in the IT services firm Microland from where he joined CRISIL MarketWire Ltd.
