In order to provide the Products and Services to Customers/Trial Users,
Informist receives content from third parties and stock exchanges. Such
exchanges or vendors of market data or third party content providers may
require Informist to disclose certain information about its customers/trial users,
details of the Services etc., for compliance and invoicing purposes. The stock
exchanges and third parties are contractually obligated to ensure privacy and
security of such personal information/data provided to them by Informist.
In the event of ownership or management change:
If Informist engages in a merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, dissolution,
reorganization, sale of some or all of its assets or stock, financing, public
offering of securities, acquisition of all or a portion of its business, a similar
transaction or proceeding, or steps in contemplation of such activities (e.g. due

subject to standard confidentiality arrangements that recipients of the data have
to execute including restrictions on the use of such data.

Informist takes best measures for ensuring security of your data. Informist works hard to protect the personal information that you provide, from loss, misuse and unauthorised access and disclosure. The transmission of information via the Internet is, unfortunately, not completely secure and although Informist does its best to protect your Personal Information, Informist cannot guarantee the security of the data during transmission through our websites/apps.
Who can access your Personal Information?
Your data will be accessed by authorized personnel only on a need to know basis
depending on the purpose for which your Personal Information is collected (e.g by sales
managers/account managers, subscription/support team, accounts team etc.). All the
authorized personnel are obligated to protect the confidentiality and security of the
Personal Information as per Informist’s Code of Conduct and confidentiality policies.
It is important that you also play a role by being vigilant and keeping your Personal Information safe and secure. While accessing any Informist product/service, do not reveal your assigned credentials to anyone. You are responsible for keeping the credentials confidential and should not allow any unauthorized access to the Informist Credit Standard or other Informist product and services you may be using.

We process information provided by you on an as is basis only and have no responsibility to authenticate the Personal Information provided by you.
Informist reserves the right to amend/change this Privacy Policy from time to time based on changes in any applicable laws, regulations and evolving industry and business standards. You are encouraged to review our Privacy Policy on our website from time to time to stay informed. If you disagree with any part of this Privacy Policy, you and Informist both reserve the right to deactivate the Subscription.
